Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], July 3:<\/strong> Functional & Innovative Foods Limited, an integrated food contract manufacturing company offering a diversified product portfolio, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI in preparation for its Initial Public Offering (IPO). <\/p>\n

The IPO will comprise up to 8,500,000 equity shares with a face value of \u20b910 each, consisting of a Fresh Issue of up to 6,000,000 Equity Shares and an Offer for Sale of up to 2,500,000 Equity Shares. <\/p>\n

The company\u2019s objective is to Funding capital expenditure for the setting up of Unit-V at Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, Funding capital expenditure for the setting up of Unit-VI at Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, Pre-payment or scheduled re-payment, in full or in part, of all or a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by our Company, Investment in its wholly owned Subsidiary, Christy Quality Foods (India) Private Limited (\u201cCQFIPL<\/strong>\u201d) in the form of debt or equity for repayment\/prepayment of borrowings, in full or in part, of all or a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by such Subsidiary, Funding long-term working capital requirement, and for General Corporate Purposes.  <\/p>\n

For the period ended 31st<\/sup> March 2025, the company reported Revenue of \u20b9 2,601.17 Millions, EBITDA of \u20b9 338.29 Millions & PAT of \u20b9 232.22 Millions.<\/p>\n

For nine-months period ended 31st<\/sup> December 2025, the company reported Revenue of \u20b9 2,324.43 Millions, EBITDA of \u20b9 369.66 Millions & PAT of \u20b9 256.08 Millions. <\/p>\n
